Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, email us at getintouch182@gmail.com with your order details.
After 24 hours, cancellations will not be processed as orders may already be in the fulfillment stage.

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
- Incorrect product: If you receive the wrong item, notify us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except in cases where the issue is due to our error.

Digital downloads or e-books are non-refundable.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
